We are thrilled to welcome you to our Affiliate Program for website hosting services.
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for your participation in our program.
By signing up for our Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read the following carefully.
By registering for our Affiliate Program, you become an "Affiliate" and agree to promote our website hosting services in exchange for commissions based on qualifying sales generated through your affiliate links.
You will promote our website hosting services using provided marketing materials, including banners, text links, and other promotional content.
You may use your own marketing materials, banners, text links, and other promotional content provided it has been pre approved by RSH Web Services
You must disclose that you are an affiliate when promoting our services in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
You agree to refrain from any fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activities, including spamming, misleading claims, or using deceptive marketing tactics.
As an affiliate, you will earn commissions based on sales generated through your unique affiliate links.
Commission rates and payment schedules will be outlined in the Affiliate Dashboard, which you will have access to upon approval.
Commissions are only paid for sales that are successfully tracked through your affiliate link and confirmed by us.
All commissions are subject to verification, and we reserve the right to withhold or reverse commission payments in cases of suspected fraud or violation of our terms.
Payments will be made according to the payment method you select in your Affiliate Dashboard.
We will make payments on a monthly basis, provided your commission balance meets the minimum payout threshold.
If the balance does not meet the threshold, it will carry over to the next payment cycle.
As an affiliate, you agree to refrain from engaging in any of the following activities:
Spamming or unsolicited email marketing.
Using paid search ads (e.g., Google Ads) using our brand or service names.
Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including using fake accounts to generate sales or clicking on your affiliate link for personal gain.
We reserve the right to terminate or disqualify any affiliate at our discretion, especially if they violate the terms of this agreement.
If your affiliate account is terminated, you will forfeit any pending commissions.
We will provide you with a unique affiliate link and tracking tools to monitor sales and commissions.
You agree to use the affiliate link exclusively in accordance with the provided guidelines and not alter or disguise the link in any way.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time.
We will notify affiliates of any significant changes via email or through our Affiliate Dashboard.
We are not responsible for any technical issues or disruptions in the service of the affiliate program, including website downtime or issues related to affiliate link tracking.
Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees or agents of our company.
This agreement does not create a joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship between us and the affiliate.
By clicking the "Register Now" button, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Affiliate Program Agreement.
