Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
All RSH Web Services hosting accounts come with a 45-day money-back guarantee as standard. If you're not satisfied within the first 45 days, and wish to cancel, please let us know. And we would especially want to know why, so we may make any necessary changes.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Not at all. In the unlikely event, you find that our services are not right for you, you can cancel them at any time. Unlike other companies that need those long term contracts to stay in business, we do not. You are free to cancel at any time.
Are your Servers monitored continuously?
Our Servers are monitored 24/7/365. In fact, they are checked from multiple locations throughout the world. Should a Server go off-line, our technicians are alerted immediately.
Do you have hidden fees or setup costs?
There are no hidden or extra fees associated with any of our Hosting Packages, Domain Names, Web Designing and SEO Services. All Hosing Services are free of any set up fees
Can you transfer my existing domain, and what happens during the transfer?
If you already have a Domain Name, we will transfer it to us (if you wish). This includes privacy protection and an additional 1-year added onto your current expiration date! If you do not have a Domain Name and if you purchased our web designing or hosting services, we will register it for you for free. And of course, You will retain Full Ownership after initial sign up term. Should you decide to move, you can transfer the domain without any hassle from us.
Who owns the website after it's built?
When you purchase a website from us, you are the owner. Once paid for, the website is yours forever, no matter what! We guarantee it. Need reassurance? No problem! We will zip up your website files and email them to you. Or send it to any location you choose. That way, no matter what, you will always retain ownership of your website at all times.
Must I host my website with you if I register a domain through RSH Web Services?
Not at all. You own the Domain Name, and thus you can host your website anywhere you choose and still keep your Domain name registration with us.
Do you place ads on customer websites?
We do not run advertising on your website. You can be sure that what you are paying for is truly yours.
Will my website be secure?
If hosting with RSH Web Services, your site will be secure with our Free SSL certificate. SSL provides our customers assurance that their information is securely encrypted. It also provides the site owner with protection.
What if I find offensive or illegal content on a site you host?
If you are an RSH Web Services customer, and wish to submit a request about a service suspended for abuse, a locked account, a locked domain name. Maybe a trademarked domain removal, or a blacklisted IP address (resulting in email delivery failure). Please contact us as soon as possible.
